Is sport better than kapa

Do you think sport is better than kapa haka if not what are your reason's.

Firstly I suggest sport is better because its fun and it will keep you on track.

Secondly it's vital that you contribute to sport because it can keep you fit for example you will move a lot faster and you will be fit.

Thirdly I believe sport is better than Kapa haka because you can stay strong and healthy for example you will eat more healthy food and won't get sick, get diabetes or be obese

Finally  for all these reasons and examples I strongly believe that sport is better than kapa haka because it can keep you fit, strong, healthy and stop you from getting sick.
